From Chaos to Calm
The aftermath of fire or water damage can be so disruptive. Everything seems turned upside down and it's easy to feel out of control. We try to help by including you in every decision and keeping you informed.
During the emergency phase of the disaster, we dry wet structures and secure houses damaged by fire or storm. Because quick response is so critical in minimizing further damage, the emergency work is usually done first, and the estimate is prepared after.
Once your home or business is stabilized, we prepare a repair estimate. We ensure that you and your adjuster are comfortable with the scope of work and the price before starting repairs. If we find other damage during the project, we let you and your adjuster know, and prepare a supplement for your adjuster's approval to cover the extra cost.
